Terms of service

By creating an account or using Dishfolio you agree to these terms. If you use Dishfolio on behalf of a business, you confirm you’re authorized to bind that business.

Your content

You own your menus, images and other content. You give us the permission needed to host, display and process that content to provide the service. You’re responsible for the accuracy of prices, allergen and dietary information you publish. Dishfolio flags uncertain imported information but doesn’t verify it.

Imports

Only import websites and documents you own or have permission to use. We don’t bypass logins, paywalls or anti-bot protections.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance by Polar, our merchant of record. You can cancel anytime and keep paid features until the end of the billing period. AI credits reset monthly and don’t roll over. When you downgrade, content above the new limits stays online in read-only mode. Nothing is deleted.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Dishfolio for unlawful content, to harm others, to probe or overload the service, or to resell it without our agreement. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Dishfolio fast and available, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we’ll notify account owners by email at least 14 days in advance.
